Communication Faculty Meet with Alumni and
Current Students at Homecoming Event
Bryant University Faculty enjoyed a tailgating celebration as they met with current and former students at Bryant's annual Homecoming.
Kristen Berkos was happy to see former students and hear about their success. 'It is so nice to see our graduates again, and hear about their successes. My favorite part is when I run into a former student who tells me how much a class at Bryant has added to their careers,' said Berkos. She was able to meet up with May graduate, Melissa Allen, who is now working as an international assignment consultant with Cartus in New York City.
Mary Lyons enjoys seeing former graduates as well. They always remember her writing classes and tell her how they use what she taught them. Students love seeing Dr. Lyons at an outdoor campus event, as they are able to see her dog, Samantha, who was decorated with black and gold ribbons in honor of the event.
Communication faculty enjoy visiting with current students and alumni. The department regularly hosts campus speakers and events to give current students the opportunity to socialize with faculty and alumni. Contact the Communication department for information on upcoming events.
